Wedding Showcase at Kimpton Fitzroy

If there’s one thing we love at Gersch and Rox Presents it’s a party. And the event party of the year was held at The Kimpton Fitzroy in Bloomsbury as a collaboration with our friends at Steven Duggan Events.

Steven Duggan Events are a team of highly experienced event creators and high end party planners clients of which include Simon Cowell and Elton John. If you’re having a party these are the party planners you want.

Collaborating with the exceptional Kimpton Fitzroy fitted to perfection and the Kimpton Fitzroys £85million ballroom renovation is a sight to behold.

We at Gersch and Rox Presents were extremely flattered to be asked to create the entertainment for the evening which saw a vast selection of London’s finest event planners, event managers and luxury party planners in attendance.

The music was provided by The exceptional party band The Sensation Band. With twelve musicians including four singers, saxophonist, drummers and even a trombone the party tracks had everyone on the dance floor before 8pm

Which is of course a sign of a brilliant party.

We created entertainment to include feather clad showgirls, glitzy feather fan dancing burlesque dancers, comedy clowns, mime artists, tap dancers, Charleston and Gatsby dancers, fire breathers, ballet dancers and 3D neon body painter and world renowned artist Victoria Guggenheim and her models.

Our piece de resistance was the unique and mind blowing Des O Connor with his flaming saxophone. An instrument which both plays music and creates fire. It’s a one of a kind and the party stopped to take in the spectacle.

We met event planners as far fetched as mothers planning Barmitzvah’s to private luxury event planners and they all knew how to party!

One thing is for sure and that’s that The Kimpton Fitzroy’s event team sure know how to throw a party and we sure know how to throw entertainment.

Soho House Berlin New Years Eve 2019

Soho House Berlin ended the decade with us as we graduated the teen years and into 2020. The theme was high school Prom across the 80s and 90s decades. We transformed Soho House Berlin into an American high school Prom paradise. Across three floors cheesy high school fun played out around the Soho House members club treating guests to the ultimate New Years Eve party.

Soho House Berlin was filled with roaming performers entertaining guests and getting them in the party mood. As soon as they entered guests were greeted by our charming and funny Drag Prom King and Queen. The House was alive with performers like contortionist dancing cheerleaders to aerobics PE dance teachers. Every corner of the house was transformed into a school like setting even the hallway which was turned into a classroom. Principle Nipple was our naughty teacher spanking guests in the classroom.

The 8th floor of Soho House Berlin was turned into a classic moody 90s teenagers bedroom with playable playstation one and SNES games consoles. In the middle of the club dance floor a podium was the centre focal point for our beatboxing maths teacher performance by Beat Fox. At midnight Berlin lights up the sky with fireworks on every corner. The house has the most amazing near 360 view of the city that everyone flocked to the roof to see Berlin’s amazing firework displays. It truly was an epic night to remember.

New Years Eve 2019 Events

New Years Eve is fast approaching and so what to do for your New Years Eve Party? 2019 will bring us to the end of an era. Goodbye teens and hello 2020. We are delighted to be working with four incredible venues in London and Berlin. Celebrating the New Year with amazing talented performers at wonderful events! We’ve employed 30+ performers across four different New Years Eve 2019 Events to ring in the New Year.

The Arts Club

If you are an Arts Club, Dover St Mayfair member then you’ll be treated to glitz and glamour from the likes of burlesque showgirls Bambi Blue and Ruby St James. They will be welcoming guests in the Arts Club lobby before dinner and entertaining you throughout. As well as the incredible Vicky Butterfly and her sparkling giant Moon dazzling party goers in the Arts Club Ante Room. Our friends at the Arts Club know how to throw an amazing party and what better way to see in the New Year then partying at this glamorous venue with our Burlesque beauties.

Arcade Food Theatre

We also have the delightful experience producing entertainment for the Arcade Food Theatre in the heart Oxford St. This will be a first time working with the wonderful venue and what a debut event to kick things off. You can expect an evening full of the very best live entertainment. With a whole host of DJs and roaming cabaret performers including close-up magicians, stilt walkers and hilarious fortune telling bearded drag queens.

Berlin Soho House

New Years Eve 2019 this year will take us to Berlin, Germany. As we are working with Soho House after the success of last years White City New Years Eve. We are producing a large scale New Years Eve event for the House and the theme is High School Prom. Think prom, think 80’s, think lamé. Draped in metallic lamé the house will be decorated with interactive and immersive performers that bring the theme to life. A double ensemble of voguing frat boys and dancing cheerleaders mixed with beatboxing teachers and Drag King and Queen dancers!

Chelsea Arts Club

Keeping inline with the German theme here in London at the Chelsea Arts Club you can expect a wonderfully bizarre Bauhaus Party! We love the Chelsea Arts Club as it always dares to be different in theme and this year is no different. Hidden away in Chelsea they go all out with decorating the front of the building to match the theme. This year they are celebrating Bauhaus’s 100th anniversary and making a colourful nod to a much-loved neighbouring building on Old Church Street designed by Bauhaus-founder, Walter Gropius, and Maxwell Fry in 1935.

A Night of STUDIO 54

Studio 54 at it’s BEST! We had the enormous pleasure to produce a Night of Studio 54 for disco’s finest Niles Rodgers. In other words we created the greatest modern recreation of the best party in history! This was a one night special event at the Southbank Meltdown festival and recreated the iconic Studio 54. Outrageous and Era-defining and Legendary. It was the party at the mecca of disco culture in the notorious 1970s. The New York nightclub Studio 54 recreated by Gersch & Rox Presents featuring disco dancing roller-skaters and aerial swinging performers. From trapeze artists and amazing burlesque Moon rocking acts.

As well as Nile Rodgers on the decks was the original resident DJs Nicky Siano and John “Jellybean” Benitez. You could even spot the notorious sculpture of the man in the moon sniffing cocaine from a spoon. Halloween it’s the spooky season and it’s upon us and we at Gersch & Rox Presents can’t wait to get spooky with it. (especially Gersch) It’s time to don your scary costumes and get the cobwebs out from the cupboard. Head to London and revel in the celebrations. This year London has some incredibly exciting Halloween parties and we are here to guide you in the hottest events. These parties are so hot and worth checking out you would be a ghost to miss them. We welcome you to the house of horror for one night only on Thursday 31st October. An onstage spooktacular at The Ministry Members Club. From the team that brings you “The Best Cabaret Experience In London”. Forget what you think you know about Cabaret and come on down to The Ministry.

Expect mayhem, artistry and the finest in International cabaret. An epic after party, be warned this evening goes beyond the bland Halloween parties you might have previously experienced. t’s freaky and full of surprises around every corner.

After two monumental Halloween parties we are teaming up with The Curtain again to bring you a fresh Halloween nightmare. The theme this year is NIGHT OF THE LIVING MEMES. 2019 is genuinely quite petrifying and we’re getting through it the only way we know how – by laughing at cats on the internet.

Come in that dress we don’t know the colour of, a dapper Leo DiCaprio raising a glass in a tux or whatever funny and weird corner of the internet has raised a smile for you recently and of course, feel free to make it dead gruesome.

The night will be sound-tracked by Soulection’s finest Jarreau Vandal, spinning louche bangers you know and louche bangers you don’t; Shy One with boldly assembled and electrifying DJ sets; and in room two, The Curtain have lord-of-the-memes himself @poundlandbandit playing a special set of 80s, disco and italo. Just make sure you don’t get Rick-rolled! Expect performers, dark corners and spooky production all night long.

The Arts Club, Mayfair Valentines 2019

We had a special date with The Arts Club on Dover Street on Valentines Day in Mayfair to produce entertainment for a romantic disco dancing party that pulled out all the stops. Hosted by our favourite Queens Cara Melle, Maxi More and Cupid club kid Santi Storm. They got members up on their feet dancing to famous house DJs Horse Meat Disco.

Members were greeted by our J’adore Balloon Burlesque beauties handing out chocolates and roses. The private members club Leos played host to the party, elsewhere in the club celebs such as Games of Thrones star Sophie Turner was celebrating her birthday with partner Joe Jonas and friends.

Our Drag Queens partied with guests all night long, we also had the opportunity to invite close Gersch & Rox Presents clubbers that always turn up looking fabulous! The Arts Club on Dover Street in Mayfair is one our favourite venues to create with and host events at. We’ve had the enormous pleasure to produce Spring themed entertainment to full scale Halloween productions in 2018 and again in 2019. Soho House White City New Years Eve 2018

HMS White City New Years Eve with Kurupt FM

We set sail with Soho House and cruised into 2019. On board HMS White City House for the ultimate New Years Eve event in London.

A voyage extraordinaire. We transformed the House into an immersive nautical paradise. Across three floors with entertainment and decor that played out its own mini world on the high seas. Soho House members did not recognise their members club when they stepped onboard our wonderful Pirate and Mermaid filled creation.

Above Deck on the iconic rooftop of White City House we transformed the space into a Tropical Island paradise filled with swimming Mermaids. Tropical Showgirls and Voguing Sailors. Taking centre stage was our purpose built Pole Dancing Island. Isolated in the middle of White City House’s swimming pool. Which played host to performers walking the plank across to perform throughout the night.

Below deck, a debaucherous den of pirate activity prevailed with roaming Pirates interacting with guests. Pirate King and Queen dance routines and Pirate sidekick sideshow performances. As well as a caged Mermaid swimming in a giant bowl.

The space was the place to revel, dance and celebrate New Years. As adventurously as possible leading to a very special headline performance by West London’s finest pirate radio station Kurupt FM and Mayor of Hounslow agent Chabuddy G.

White City House was filled to the rafters with the finest banquet of food from Oysters to Shrimp, Lobster to Sushi. Venturing onto the 9th Floor we greeted you with our Voguing Sailors and Burlesque Beauties welcoming you on board the Cruise Floor, live bands played throughout the night and Cabaret singer and Voice star Ivy Paige took helm of the cabaret stage and entertained guests.

At midnight the Top Deck lit up as our fire performer took to the Island surrounded by swimming Mermaids and the explosions of Fireworks from White City House, it was truly a night to remember and an epic start to 2019.

The Arts Club, Mayfair Halloween 2018

On All Hallow’s Eve 2018 we were invited by The Arts Club on Dover Street in Mayfair to produce their first all out Spooktacular transforming the building into a Haunted Mansion of surprises around every corner.

Exclusively for The Arts Club Members we treated their guests to a terrifyingly good event from top to bottom filled with the spookiest of spooky. On arrival as guests pulled up in their Bentleys and Rolls Royce cars they were greeted by our stilt walking Frankenstein Bride and towering tall Lurch.

We transformed the Arts Club into The Addams Family Haunted Home with our roaming Adams Family performers, we had the whole Family from Gomez, Morticia, Wednesday to Uncle Fester interacting with guests and welcoming them to party under the full moon of the night.

This truly was a Halloween extravaganza that kept guests on their toes throughout the night. Transforming the classic Arts Club lounge areas to bloodstained bathrooms with our bathing Vampires. Creepy old Granny on her rocking chair inviting guests to sit on their lap as she whispered trick or treat into their ears before feeding them sweets. This was an evening not for the faint hearted.

From snake performers with sizzling Pythons to our deranged sideshow performer drilling and smashing deadly tools into places they should not go. The dance floor was a blaze, members did not recognise their boardroom as it was transformed into the Mansion filled with Dancing Burlesque Witches and Webbed Dancers.

Venturing into the Arts Club’s wonderful Bar and Dining room, we had our roaming Magicians entertain dining guests and our Spooky Fortune Tarot Card Reading Teller sit amongst guests to see what their fate had in-store for them. Across the club areas were transformed into spooky Libraries, a Shop of Curiosity and a Teddy Bear filled seating Arch.

The party continued late into the night past midnight and so did out entertainment. We had a spectacular performance from our bending candle lit contortionist that left members jaw dropped. All in all a fantastic Halloween event.

Summer at Goodwood Estate 2018

Goodwood Estate opened its doors to an invited private audience for a special day event in the Summer of 2018 and invited GR Presents to teleport their guests to a time when Gods and Goddess roamed Ancient Egypt.

We provided our very best Luxury Bespoke Entertainment for Goodwood Estate to create a full on immersive experience across the Kennels of the Goodwood Estate for this very special event. As guests arrived to the grounds they were greeted by our charming English Butler and our strange cosmic out of this world Butler that let guests know straight away they were in for an exciting out of this world event.

Moving through tropical plants and into a pure white draped feather factory with delicate en-pointe Ballet dancers shifting through tonnes of large feathers. Our Ballet dancers handed guests feathers before our Giant Anubis dog headed creature guided guests into the beating heart.

This was an adventure that puzzled and enchanted our audiences, but for those up on their Egyptian mythology, they knew there were in the sacred Weighing of the Heart Ceremony with God Thoth, human headed bird Ani Ba and Feather Fan Burlesque Dancing Maat. The guests must have their feathers weighed to enter the otherside, and the otherside was worth getting in as it was filled with complimentary Patron, more magnificent performers and a DJ set by Rudimental.

Once guests were through to the other side a world of magical Entertainment greeted them from Unicorn Performers to Roller Skating Disco Divas, Male Ballet Dancers and DJ’s galore. Spread across the The Kennels were Thrones, Golden Horses, Pillars and Geometric Decor.

We produced a spectacular show when the clock striked 10 pm guests on looked the pogado to see the uniting of the Gods this featured Hand to Hand Acrobats, LED Hula Hooping Circus Performers and the Spectacular Vicky Butterfly Acrobatic Burlesque Moon Performance which ignited our Fire Performer as a finale.

Our troupe of performers led guests into the spaceship club for a special DJ set by Rudimental and our sparkly gold GoGo Dancers with Isis Wings lit up the dance floor as guests danced late into the night to the tunes of Rudimental, another truly epic and memorable Event filled with Luxury Entertainment created by GR Presents.

The spooky season is upon us, and we at Gersch & Rox Presents can’t wait to get spooky with it, (especially Gersch) It’s time to don your scary costumes and get the cobwebs out from the cupboard and head to London and revel in the celebrations. This year London has some incredibly exciting picks and we are here to guide you in the hottest events worth checking out in our what to do for Halloween 2018. Including the events we are producing entertainment for and the clubs we are partying at this season.

When: Saturday 27th October
Last year The Curtain hosted one of the finest Halloween parties in London and this year is no different. Back in collaboration with Barcardi they present Voodoo Island, guests will be expected to don their finest costumes and journey down to the club for general debauchery, man eating plants and a gloomy and mysterious atmosphere featuring created themed areas and enchanting vignettes with dozens of scare actors and costumed performers.

We at Gersch & Rox Presents have lent our creative spin are providing all sorts of Jungle fun from our very own Tarzan and Jane, Lizard dancers to a Venus Fly Trap showgirl created by one of our favourites Bambi Blue.

PLUS – a headline performance by a SPECIAL GUEST JILLIONAIRE (Major Lazer) with DJ sets by Aisha Zoe (Balamii Radio) & fan-fav resident J.Müller. Ticket includes a delectable, deadly (because it’s so good) welcome cocktail + treats throughout the night.

Heading towards Hackney and you’ll find a very neat venue called ABQ home to the infamous Breaking Bad RV. This year that RV is cooking up a spell and welcoming nocturnal animals an immersive themed Halloween party that is celebrating all that is sexy about this decadent celebration. All they ask is for you to wear an animal mask and bring your wild spirits and they will make up the rest.

We’ve had the wonderful opportunity to produce entertainment for this event that includes sexy male dancing lions, angle-grinding zebras and fet-like cheetahs will roam the event and perform stunning live routines in all the dark corners. DJ Statis is spinning the decks all night long and there are VIP tables on sale that include a round of molecular cocktails and a bottle of spirit.

Set to take Mayfair by storm The Arts Club along Dover St is planning their biggest Halloween production to date. If you yourself are a lucky Arts Club member then head on down in your finest Halloween attire and prepare yourself for an evening of spooktacular created by us Gersch & Rox Presents.

We are pulling out all the stops for this scary extravaganza, with a big budget The Arts Club are not holding back on their Halloween mischief. We’ve got a whole host of scary surprises from the cast of the Adams Family, blood bathing Vampires, world-class magicians, mind readers, sideshow and stilt performers, choreographed witches and webbed dances dancing to a live band, snakes and contortionist this party has it all.

When: Wednesday 31st October
This Halloween, Rake’s will be hosting their inaugural ‘Mad House Extravaganza’ with live performances. The newly opened bar will be transformed into a Halloween Mad House where guests can step into a world of immersive debauchery, delectable cocktail creations and rakish indulgence. DJ Jeannie Crystal will be providing the soundtrack to the night with a mix of post-punk, rock’n’roll, disco and 90’s rave music. Halloween-themed food, including the notorious Rake’s Sriracha Cauliflower Wings, will be available throughout the night.

We were handed the delicious task of turning Rakes into a Mad House, here you can expect performances from our favourite Punk Horror Drag Queen Baby Lame, twisted clown creations from Cynth Icorn and our favourite roaming clown contortionist. We have also turned the amazing venue into a colourful Mad House explosion of decor fun.

Organised by Rosi Mai & Ruby Rai and her West London collective they are spicing things up for Halloween located at a secret west London location with live performances and kultur favourite DJs such as George Plant, Lukey Storey and IAGÖ. This hotly tipped raucous event is a secret late night get down for the coolest and funkiest living and dead souls.
